Our event sponsor DFDS LISCO offers 25% discount for the Ferry line Kiel (GER) – Klaipėda (LTU) if booked after 18th January, 2010. The earlier You book, the cheaper price is (e.g. at 2009/12/09 price both ways for 4 people and 1 car was 496 Eur).
The ship is leaving around 19 p.m. and arrives next day after midday. You sleep over the night in Your cabin and You’re in Lithuania. There are +180 km from Klaipėda to Šiauliai by a car.

By Airplane:
Several airports are available, but the most favourable are:
- Riga (RIX), Airbaltic (+130 km by car)
- Kaunas (KUN), Ryanair (+180 km by car)
- Vilnius (VNO), Star1 (+210 km by car)

Bring Your Ice-Blokart to Lithuania! We encourage every pilot to bring Your own Ice-Blokart to the event. This can be done in several ways: by a car or by parcel service if You’re arriving by plane.

E.g. DPD parcel would cost You round 60 Eur for Your gear to be sent to Lithuania from EU. There is an option to send Your parcel to the Terminal in Siauliai where it’ll wait for You (we have a blokarter working in DPD who could assure that) or we can collect Your gear and bring to Siauliai – let us know. After the event You can send Your Ice-blokart back home by Yourself or we can help You with that.
